By accessing or using Statemint (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Statemint extracts PDF statements into structured exports (CSV/XLSX/JSON). Extraction results may include errors due to document quality and formatting. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for your intended use.

Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding API keys.
• We may suspend access if we reasonably believe your account, usage, or API keys are compromised or used abusively.

Uploaded Content

• You retain ownership of your uploaded documents. You grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the Service.
• You represent that you have the right to upload and process the documents and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.
• You agree not to upload malicious files, attempt to bypass system limits, or misuse the Service.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Billing and Credits

• Some features may require a paid plan. If applicable, charges and credit limits are displayed in the app.
• Page credits and usage limits may reset on a schedule and may vary by plan. The Service may decline requests that exceed limits.

Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use.
• No attempts to access other users' data or bypass security controls.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that extraction results will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statemint and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice in the app for material changes.
